We’ve reimagined the front bar of the West Thebarton Hotel and transformed it into the West Thebby Social Club.
It will be a haunt for craft beer, complimented by the food that goes with it – oh, and live music! Not to be labelled as overworked, or pretentious, we’re looking to to keep that ‘front bar’ vibe – that means comfortable and relaxed.
Not sure you’ll like something? Our crew are on hand to point you in the right direction – with a little taster to make sure. Come on down Thursday to Sunday (and public holidays) and let us be the best part of shit day or the exclamation point on a great one.

But what happened to the old bar?
“What happened to the old Sports Bar?” we hear you asking. We’ve got you covered. You can still enjoy everything about our old Sports Bar in a new temporary location – our Bistro Bar.
The even better news is that we’re currently working on creating a new and improved space to house our Sports Bar, complete with full UBET facilities (UBET currently unavailable until renovation is complete).
